Possibly the most pointless confirmation hearings of all time, David Brooks offers nice bit commentary (tongue planted firmly in his cheek) on the three ring circus known as the Roberts hearing.

I wonder why this Roberts thing is still lingering around. Worse, this has been a issue for the past few months. This foolishness has to be ended.
